If a package is lost we will ship another for free. If a package is delayed and not received 5 business days outside of the standard shipping window we will ship another new item however IF the other item is received it will have to be returned at customers expense within 5 days in unused condition, or it will be charged to the customer.

Yes, we offer refunds on damaged items ONLY and we must be notified within 24 hours of the time the book is shipped and a picture of the damaged item must be sent. We will allow the customer to send the item back at our expense for a new item.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your book. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with proof of the damaged item and we will process your exchange.
